Just one. Just that one jellybean. See, food is forever. And while in the beginning you do need to be stricter, the real test is eating JUST ONE jellybean, not never eating it. You're just not supposed to eat looots of it. And also, it's easier and less stressful to see it as 'life' and not a diet. Diets end pretty quickly, Life (if you're lucky), doesn't. Thing is, the more 'dangerous' you see food, the more of a failure it is when you inhume a samoosa. The more demotivated you can get. Actually..maybe thats the thing. Becareful of languaging yourself into stuff. Instead of wrong, say 'could do better'. The biggest thing to remember is that 'tomorrow is another day' As long as you keep trying. That said, if ever you need someone who verstaans, jy wiet mos my nommer. I've tried and failed and tried and succeeded, and still trying, so I know a bit about it. hurgs!
